For race registration:

  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • Participants under 18 may register with parental consent

3. Race Participation

When participating in races, you:
  • Commit to following race rules
  • Confirm awareness of your medical condition
  • Comply with mandatory equipment requirements
  • Follow safety instructions

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Place is confirmed after payment of registration fee
  • Refund policy is determined separately for each race
  • Full refund is provided in case of race cancellation

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including texts, images, logos, and design, is the property of UTR and is protected by copyright.

6. Limitation of Liability

UTR is not liable for:
  • Injuries during races (participation at own risk)
  • Race cancellation due to force majeure
  • Interruptions in third-party services
